Create an account
Sign up with your email or Google account in just a few seconds
Click "Post a Listing"
Access the listing form from your dashboard or the main menu
Fill in the details
Title, description, category, condition, photos
Add your location
Select your wilaya and commune so people nearby can find you
Publish your listing
Your listing will be immediately visible to the community
Use the search bar
Type a keyword to search (e.g., bike, table, books)
Filter by category
Browse by categories: furniture, electronics, clothing, etc.
Filter by location
Select your wilaya and commune to find items near you
Browse listings
Click on a listing to see details, photos, and donor information
Click "Reserve"
On the listing page, click the "Reserve" button
Send a message to the donor
Introduce yourself and explain why you want this item
Wait for the donor's response
The donor will review requests and choose a recipient
Arrange pickup
Once accepted, coordinate the time and place for item pickup
Reply to messages
Check your messages and respond to interested people
Choose the recipient
Select the person you want to give the item to
Mark as "Reserved"
Reserve the listing for the chosen recipient
Mark as "Given"
After handover, mark the listing as "Given"
Wait for donation validation
The recipient must confirm receiving the item to complete the donation. If no validation is made after 7 days, the donation will be automatically validated and the listing will be closed.
Automatic validation after 7 days prevents listings from pending indefinitely and ensures platform fluidity.
Only cancel when necessary. Keeping commitments is important to maintain community trust.
Go to your reservations
Access "My Reservations" from your dashboard
Select the listing to cancel
Choose the listing you want to cancel
Provide a reason
Explain briefly why you're canceling (optional but appreciated)
Confirm cancellation
The listing will become available again for other users
If you see suspicious behavior, scams, or inappropriate listings, report them. Our team will review your report quickly.
Click "Report"
On the listing page, click the "Report" button
Select a reason
Scam, prohibited items, spam, inappropriate photos, etc.
Add details
Describe the problem to help our moderation team
Submit the report
Our team will review your report within 24-48 hours
Click the heart icon
On any listing, click the heart to add it to favorites
Access your favorites
Go to your dashboard, "Favorites" section
Organize your list
Remove items you're no longer interested in
Favorites help you track interesting listings without reserving them immediately.
